Paul is a Co-Founder of the highly successful “Hotel ServicePro” application – an innovative hotel service optimization, workflow, and asset management system that revolutionized hotel operations. With over 25 years of experience in hospitality technology, Paul has become a respected leader in the industry.
Jay co-created the “Travel Rewards Tonight” booking engine and has decades of experience actually running multiple hotel properties. His hands-on approach to management has given him a unique perspective on what it takes to run a successful hospitality business.
Together, Paul and Jay bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to OpsTechPro. They’ve established one of the fastest growing hospitality businesses in the industry by designing products that streamline business processes and maximize efficiency.

SP Square is launched
Jay Visnjic and Paul launch SP Square, and to their pleasure, 230 hotels come onboard at the time of launch.
