And that's where predictive maintenance comes in. On pumps, chillers, belts, exhaust systems, everything. And we can put every type of equipment in there. And there is a checklist then that our crews go through. They can even take pictures and login, hey, here's what I saw. Or, hey, there's a stairwell light bulb out, here's a picture of it. So we can do that we can end up then taking pictures of here's the repair. And we can all end up seeing not just at the property level, but at the corporate level. And that is truly something that has helped us who we're managing all of the properties.”
